Human-Centered Leadership Coach & Neuro-Nerd

Leaders are not born, they're grown. Usually though experience and a whole lot of hard knocks. I get how overwhelming it can be because I've been there. Like many other women, I stepped into leadership without any formal training, made just about every mistake in the book, and it had a real impact on my mental and physical well-being. I don’t want that for you.

As a certified leadership development and emotional intelligence coach with 15+ years of experience leading teams and coaching leaders across industries, I bring a people-first approach grounded in psychology and neuroscience. I’m passionate about creating a world where women who lead feel empowered, supported, and confident from the start. I can't wait to help you become the leader you're meant to be—without burning yourself out in the process!

Festa

Empathetic, Creative, Keepin' it Real, Coach

Hey hey! I’m Festa, well Michelle Festa, but with a last name that means PARTY in Italian, why wouldn’t I go with that, right?

With 17 years of experience leading teams and mentoring, I’m an extreme empath who believes in a “keeping it real” approach to coaching. I became a Certified Crucial Conversations trainer and coach because transparency is one of my core values. When you communicate well, you build stronger, deeper, trusting relationships in all aspects of your life. I've mastered the art of being direct and no-BS while leading with empathy—a balance I’ve worked on for years. I’m excited to share that skill (and more) with YOU!

Community

We take care of our people and our environment because strong community is the lifeblood of a healthy society. We create a safe, welcoming space where badass women can be heard, supported, and empowered to learn from each other. Strong connections and respect for the natural world uplifts us as individuals and strengthen humanity.

Wellbeing

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Taking care of yourself isn't selfish, it's a requirement. Stress wears us down, making it harder to show up for our families, friends, partners, and teams. When we are calm, strong, and grounded, we make better decisions and lead with balance and consistency. The society we live in is unwell, so we’re building a new one. One where wellbeing is a top priority.

Social Justice

We stand with the marginalized and oppressed. Always have, always will. With the wife and mother of a multiracial, immigrant family and a queer social worker at the helm, social justice is deeply personal for us. We refuse to stay silent while some try to erase trans lives and demonize immigrants and other vulnerable populations. Here, women of all backgrounds are seen, heard, and celebrated.

Abundance

True abundance isn’t only about wealth; it’s about freedom, time, health, creativity, connection, and opportunity. That’s why we create access, offer sliding scale options, and share our time, money, and expertise. We believe there’s enough for everyone. The scarcity mindset, competing against one another and hoarding resources keeps us all down. When we lift each other up, we all rise.

Transparency

We believe in being upfront and honest, even when it's difficult. Transparency means you can trust that decisions are made with integrity, that pricing is fair, and that what is promised is what will be delivered. It builds confidence in the relationship, giving you the clarity to make informed choices without second-guessing. This is the kind of partnership that lasts.
